INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
Be an active member or officer of the Philippine Society for Quality, Inc. (PSQ) and be recognized as the recipient of either one of the following awards:
Angel Opeña Memorial Award
– awarded to members who served as PSQ Officer (in various capacities) for five (5) years
Miguel R. Unson Award
– for outstanding PSQ volunteer member
Be a significant contributor to the field of quality management and be the recipient of the:
Juran Medal Awardee
– bestowed to outstanding individuals who are catalysts or champions of process improvement through quality management.
CORPORATE AWARDS
– the highest national recognition given for exemplary organizational performance of private and public organizations in the country. Awarded by the President of the Philippines in Malacanang.
